Billing additional charges (Tax, etc.)

Customs duties, other import taxes and customs fees may be levied at the time of customs clearance in the receiving country. In that case, please pay according to the customs rules of your country.

For United States customers:
As of August 29, 2025, the United States has ended the de minimis exemption for imports under $800. As a result, a 15% customs duty will be applied at checkout. You will not need to pay any additional customs duties upon delivery.

Return of items

Items may be returned to our shop due to return from customs, refusal of receipt, wrong shipping address, etc.

In that case, we will inform you that the package has been returned.

In addition, regarding the reshipment of luggage, the initial shipping fee and re-shipping shipping fee will be borne by the customer. If you wish to receive a refund, the amount will be refunded after deducting shipping and handling charges.
